✦ Chicken breast: 120 gr

✦ Red onion: a small amount, sliced
✦ Cherry tomatoes: 10 pcs, halved

✦ Cheese Cheddar: 20 gr, grated
✦ Tomato sauce: 80 gr
✦ Parmesan: 10 gr, grated

✦ Mozzarella: 80 gr, shredded
✦ Fresh mozzarella: 2 balls, sliced
Instructions:
1-Preparing the Dough:
◾️ In a bowl, mix the water and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
◾️ Sprinkle the dry yeast over the water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes foamy.
◾️ Add the olive oil, flour, and salt to the yeast mixture.
◾️ Mix and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.
◾️ Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
2-Preparing the Chicken:
◾️ Preheat your oven to 482°F (250°C).
◾️ Season the chicken breast with a pinch of salt, red ground pepper, dried garlic, and black ground pepper.
◾️ Heat 5 ml of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
◾️ Cook the seasoned chicken breast in the skillet until it’s fully cooked and slightly browned.
◾️ Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it cool. Once cooled, shred the chicken into small pieces.
3-Assembling the Pizza:
◾️ Preheat your oven to 482°F (250°C).
◾️ On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a round or rectangular shape, depending on your preference.
◾️ Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
◾️ Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
◾️ Sprinkle the grated Cheddar cheese over the sauce.
◾️ Arrange the shredded chicken, sliced red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced champignons on top of the cheese.
◾️ Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the toppings.
◾️ Distribute the shredded mozzarella and fresh mozzarella slices on top.
◾️ Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
4-Baking the Pizza:
◾️ Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted and slightly browned.
◾️ Keep an eye on the pizza to avoid burning.
◾️ Once the pizza is baked to perfection, carefully remove it from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes on a wire rack. This will help the cheese and toppings set, and also prevent any burning accidents.
